• This Privacy Policy covers VIPV' treatment of personally identifiable information that VIPV collects when you are on the VIPV site, and when you use VIPV' services. This policy also covers VIPV' treatment of any personally identifiable information that VIPV' business partners share with VIPV or that VIPV may collect on a partner's site.
• This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that VIPV does not own or control, or to people that VIPV does not employ or manage.

• VIPV collects personally identifiable information when you use certain VIPV products or services, when you visit VIPV pages, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. VIPV may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.
• VIPV also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, VIPV cookie information and the page you requested.
• VIPV uses information for three general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.

  • We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;

Most promotions that are hosted or co-sponsored by VIPV don't require you to be a VIPV registered user.

Information Collection and Use Practices

• When you enter a promotion, sweepstakes, or contest hosted by VIPV or sponsored by VIPV and/or our many partners, we ask for your name, address, and email address.
• You may be asked to provide additional information or to answer certain questions, some of which may be optional, in order to participate.
• We may contact you in connection with a particular promotion, such as a sweepstakes or contest, in order to update you of your status, administer the promotion, let you know that a promotion has ended, and for other purposes.

• Promotions that are hosted on VIPV may be sponsored by VIPV, may be co-sponsored by VIPV and another company, or may be sponsored by companies other than VIPV. Some or all of the data collected during a promotion may be shared with the sponsor(s) or companies indicated on the entry form.

• Refunds can be requested up to 8 days in advance of the event. The event deposit is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Any cancellation seven days or less before the event will receive no refund of deposit received. If the group cancels any part of the event for any reason during the event, no refunds or prorated fees will be granted.

• Some promotions, sweepstakes or contests may use cookies in order to track your progress and number of entries in some of our promotions, sweepstakes, and contests.

• When you participate in a VIPV-sponsored or hosted promotion, you are subject the Official Rules of that promotion.
